About me
I’ve always been drawn to progress — to those moments when something clicks, and
a person realizes, “I can actually do this.”
For years, I worked as an English teacher with corporate clients and young adults, helping them move toward their goals. Without knowing it at the time, I was already using coaching tools: asking the right questions, listening beyond the surface, and adapting the path to meet each person where they were.
But after returning from parental leave, I felt it myself — that sense of being stuck. Like something no longer fit.
So I asked myself the same kinds of questions I’d asked others:
What parts of my work make me feel most alive? What do I want more of?
The answer was clear: meaningful conversations. Growth. Change. Witnessing people step into something bigger — on their own terms.
That led me to professional coaching, and eventually to completing an ICF-accredited training in 2024. I’m now continuing my path toward ACC certification.
What lights me up most as a coach is not giving people the answers — but watching them find their own. Seeing them take steps that make sense for their life, their values, and their version of success.
Change can feel scary. But it doesn’t have to be.
In fact, I believe change is where our power begins — and I’m here to help you embrace it, trust it, and move through it with clarity and courage.
If you're ready to stop waiting and start living, I’d love to walk that first step with you.
